Online Check-in

To access, you must enter:
• Reservation number: [INTERNAL RESERVATION NUMBER]
• Surname of the reservation holder
• Important: You must use the reservation number that we provided in the welcome email, not the Booking.com locator, as the latter will not allow you to access the system.

In order to complete the online check-in, it is necessary that all guests who will be staying in the apartment/room are registered.

Likewise, if you plan to arrive outside of reception hours, it is essential that all guests complete the online registration beforehand so that we can correctly manage your access.
