General Conditions

The reservation of any kind of accommodation or services made through this web site supposes the acceptance of the following general conditions, forming part of the lease agreement.

The web site indicates all the data and information required to carry out a reservation. As there may be discrepancies between the updating of the web site and the reservation carried out, all possible modifications are reflected in the specific document of each reservation, which will be received by the client, and which, together with these general conditions, will formulate the definitive contract.

The formalisation of the contract and the invoice will be issued by LIBERTAS, S.A. a Company registered in the Valencian Companies Registry (Registro Mercantil de Valencia), Folio 61, tomo 4º, Libro de Sociedades, Sección 3º de Anónimas, Hoja 101, Inscripción 1ª – C.I.F. A –46007449, EEAT 109 V.

For any other matter the existing laws applied will be those of the regional government (Generalitat Valenciana), subject to the decisions of the law courts of the city of Valencia.

RESERVATIONS

The prices mentioned are per apartment per night.

The total amount of the stay must be satisfied 7 days before check in.

Deposit: Compulsory from check in. A credit card number or cash payment of 150€, which will be returned at check out following an inspection and inventory of the apartment.

Check In: Between 16.00 and 20.00. Later arrivals should be communicated to Reception.

Check Out: By 11.00

Minimum Stay: Usually one night, except:

2 nights Easter, Fallas festival (March), Motor GP, long weekends, June and September.
5 nights July & August

Depending on availability requests may be made for shorter stays. Specific apartments cannot be guaranteed, only types of apartments. Nevertheless, efforts will always be made to satisfy the wishes of the client on making the reservation.

The services included are those specified in each reservation document. Should these conditions be modified during the stay, this will be reflected in the final invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No charge for cancellations made up to 7 days before check in day.
For cancellations made between 3 And 6 days before check in day, 20% of the total reservation price will be charged.
For cancellations made 2 days or less before check in day, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

From 15th June until 15th September
30 days before check in day, the Company reserves the right to charge 100% of the total reservation price.
30 days before check in day, cancellation or modification will not generate costs.
For 29 days or less before check in day, modification or cancellation will suppose charging 100% of the total reservation cost.

 

APARTMENT REGULATIONS & NORMS

Clients are obliged to comply with the following rules. Should any of these rules not be complied with, APARTAMENTOS PORT SAPLAYA reserves the right to evict the clients without any economic compensation.

Please read the following carefully:

The client and accompanying persons should behave in a sociable manner, respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs this coexistence, such as loud music, noise or parties, and which provokes justified complaints by neighbours, could lead to immediate eviction from the premises.

The client agrees to respect the apartment and keep it tidy and clean, leaving it in the same state as on check in. Please make sure to empty rubbish, leave all cutlery and crockery clean and empty the fridge on the day of departure.

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the reservation. This may not exceed the number of occupants foreseen for each apartment.
The client must pay for any damages or losses caused during the stay.
APARTAMENTOS PORT SAPLAYA does not take any responsibility for the client’s personal belongings.

Non-compliance with these norms supposes that the client accepts that any costs due to non-cleaning, damages or losses be charged to the client, with a cost of between 20€ and the final cost of repairing or replacing the damaged or lost articles.
