Booking and Payment

The booking is accepted on the payment of a deposit of 20% of the total price, and confirmed when the full 100% is paid.
The prices are per apartment and are calculated based on the number of people occupying each apartment (adults and children over 3 years of age). The number of people occupying the apartment should not exceed that indicated for each apartment (see fees) except for children under 3.
Not if you provide a valid credit card number. In certain circumstances a cash deposit of 200€ may be accepted and will be returned at the end of your stay.
Children under 3 years of age stay for free. We have cots and children’s chairs available for a fee. Please indicate if you require this service when making your reservation.
No. It’s as valid as a bank transfer. However, in order to make your reservation, a valid credit card number is required for the deposit.
There is no charge if the cancellation takes place 7 or more days beforehand.
If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 2 days before the date, the costs resulting from the cancellation are 20% of the cost of the stay.
If the cancellation or modification is is 2 days before the stay or the client doesn’t turn up, a full charge will be made.
If a non-returnable reservation is cancelled the company will keep the full fee.
No. All the prices include the corresponding VAT. The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price.. The only extra costs correspond to additional services such as additional cleaning, pets, parking or cots.

Arrival and Departure

There is a reception located at plaza de la Senyoria nº 2, at Port Saplaya. Outside of the timetable we will provide you with a telephone number for emergencies. The reception timetable is 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
The check in and receipt of keys take place at our Reception. Outside of the timetable (10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00), there is an automatic late check-in service.
The official entry time is 16.00. However, if you arrive earlier and the apartment is ready there is no problem in handing over the keys; always depending on availability.
Outside of the Reception timetable there is an automatic check in service at a cost of 15 €.
This service consists of leaving the apartment keys in a safe in the patio next to Reception. The safe can be opened with a code. Should you solicit this service on making your reservation, a code will be sent to you by e mail the day before your arrival so that you can open the safe.
The apartment should be vacated by 11 am. Should a later departure be required it is subject to availability and the payment of the corresponding fee. Please consult in Reception.
Informing Reception of your departure and handing over the keys. Should you need to leave before Reception opens, please leave the keys in the box provided, located on the left next to the entrance in Reception. There is a white gate with a space to insert the keys.
We are happy to look after your suitcases in Reception for no charge.
We ask all our clients to leave the apartments as they found them (rubbish thrown out, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery all clean, air conditioning and lights turned off etc) Should you require us to do these things, the extra charge is 20€.

Services

We will happily deal with you in Reception.
We have a private, underground car park with direct access to the apartments. The fee is 10€ per day.
Our travel cots, including bed linen and pillow can be hired for 5€ per day.
You will be provided with a pass at Reception on arrival. The pool is only open during the summer months.
For stays of over 7 days there is a change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning is available for a fee of 20€.
The apartments are fully equipped with sets of 2 towels per person. The beds have sheets, blankets and bed covers.
Every 7 days from arrival, our team of chambermaids will provide fresh towels and bed linen.
Extra beds are available for a fee of 15€ per day.
Yes. There is a washing machine in each apartment or in the communal area on the terrace of the Trinquete building. Furthermore, each apartment has a foldable clothes horse to dry clothes, plus an iron and ironing board.
The Premium apartments have hair driers. Regarding the other apartments, in Reception you can obtain one depending on availability.

Our apartments are fully equipped. Nevertheless, beach towels are not provided, nor articles of personal hygiene, nor food and drink.
The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen and bath towels, as well as a table cloth and dishcloths.
The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for the number of guests.
Yes, the three buildings are in the front line and each apartment has a terrace with direct sea views.
Yes, and also in Reception.
No, you should bring your own toiletries, including toilet paper. A roll of toilet paper is provided on your arrival. Premium Apartments have shower gel in the bathrooms and toilet paper.

Yes, we have apartments for smokers.
Please communicate breakages or losses as soon as possible at Reception in order to replace, repair or evaluate the cost. You will find a complete list of apartment contents in the Directory. Should anything be broken or missing on your departure, a charge will be made upon your deposit.
Yes. Please inform us when making your reservation that you will be bringing a pet. The pet should be appropriately trained and not bother the other guests. We will provide bowls for food and water for your pet and a 10€ fee is charged for pets.
